How to reschedule a lesson?

You can reschedule a lesson up to 4 hours before its scheduled start time. If you need to reschedule within that window, please contact our support team for assistance.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Brighterly account and select your discipline (Math or ELA) in the top navigation bar. Navigate to the Home section.
  2. Find the upcoming lesson you want to reschedule and click the Reschedule icon in the top right corner of the lesson card, next to the Join Lesson button.
  1. Choose a new date and time from the available slots. The calendar will display your tutor's availability.
  2. Click Reschedule Lesson to confirm. You and your tutor will both receive a confirmation email.

What happens next

After rescheduling, you'll receive a confirmation via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. We look forward to seeing you at your next lesson and helping your child keep growing!
